The craftsmanship is outstanding. From the rich, resonant sound to the fine details of the design, this bagpipe is a work of art. The wood is beautifully polished, and the Mackenzie tartan is vibrant and perfectly stitched. I’ve been playing for over 15 years, and I can say this is one of the best sets I’ve had the pleasure of owning. Customer service was fantastic as well—very responsive and helpful when I had a question about maintenance. Highly recommend!
